We would love nothing more
than to allow all of our presenters to attend the conference
for free. Unfortunately, this is not possible. Be aware that
all presenters must register for the conference and pay all
applicable fees. Thank you for understanding.
Breakout Session Proposals
If you are interested in submitting a breakout session proposal,
please submit it by Monday, April 7th, 2008. Please submit
only one session as there are limited slots available.
Submit Your Program Online
Before going online, review the conference objectives and learning outcomes. Click here to download a copy.
It is helpful for you to complete the outline below in a text document for your record. After completing your text document you can simply transfer the information by cutting and pasting from your document into the online submission fields.
Morning programs are 60 minutes
in length. Afternoon sessions are 75 minutes in length.
You must be available to present on either June 16 or June
17, 2008. You are responsible to provide handouts for your
session; please plan on 75 participants. Please submit all
information typed correctly as you would want it to appear
in the conference program book. If you provide a valid e-mail
address, you will receive a confirmation of receipt to keep
